Auto Questionnaire

Help us to help you! Please review this questionnaire, so we may better serve your insurance needs, attempt to eliminate gaps in your coverage. These questions are intended to point out potential coverage problems! Call immediately if any of these seem to affect you, or if you ever have any other questions regarding your policy.

• Are your liability limits adequate to protect your financial resources? Increased liability limits probably are not as expensive as you may think, and we are glad to provide quotations at your request. We also strongly recommend an Excess Liability policy (available in multiples of $1 million) that provides additional liability in excess to your auto liability and Personal Comprehensive Liability; these excess policies typically start around $150.00 per year.

• Have you considered increasing your deductibles to lower your premiums?

• Do you own any autos that are NOT on your current policy?

• Are any of the autos listed on your current policy owned by someone other than you or your spouse (or jointly owned)?

• Do you have all drivers listed on your policy?

• Are any of your autos used for ANY business purposes?

• Do you have any customized vehicles (custom paint, ground effects, custom wheels, performance alternations, etc.)? Do any of your autos have equipment (CD players, amplifiers, telephones, televisions, navigation systems, etc.) that are NOT factory installed?

• Do you understand your options of coverage under Pennsylvania State Law (and how they affect your premium), include:
  • Tort options (Full or Limited)
  • Medical coverage
  • Loss of income coverage
  • Uninsured Motorist Coverage
  • Underinsured Motorist Coverage
  • Funeral Expense

• Do you need Rental Car Coverage?

• Do you have any trailers or campers?
